A renovation project for the Zhongshan store of the brand " Xiaoqi Shokudo ", which operates restaurants and general stores in Taiwan.
Xiaoqi was previously asked to design an interior when it opened a store in the Atre department store in Xinyi District, Taipei City. The Zhongshan store was the first store of their brand and had already been refurbished several times, but it wasn't profitable because the number of seats reduced in an attempt to do a lot in a small store. The owner, Ms. Jiang requested to match the design with the Atre store and to secure 26 seats.
In terms of design, we inherited a simple design by combining white, wood, and stainless steel to match the Atre store, and the façade proposed fittings that were integrated with the casher and counter seats. Above all, I felt that the simple design without unnecessary design suits the owner, Ms. Jiang.
